Children’s choreography ⁃ is a class designed primarily to arouse a child’s interest in movement and to give freedom and good exercise to his or her body. The lesson is designed to combine both moments of focus on the combination and time for fun games aimed at coordination and spatial orientation. The lesson also includes rhythm exercises, body relaxation, stretching and communication with other children.
In the lessons on the basics of choreography, the main function of the teacher is to help and a gentle hand of support in mastering the basic steps, dance concepts. Children also learn to control the speed of their bodies, learn basic positions, work with the skill of balance and movement directions. And, of course, in class, children learn to trust, improvise and not be afraid to express themselves.
